Dear Cathy,
I hope all is well. My name is Mrs. Everett and my husband recently brought home the most adorable surprise gift ever! Louie, a bichon frise, purchased from you. He is so sweet and our family is enjoying him. He's growing well and eating a very good diet. He has a vet that is versed in both traditional and holistic medicine. He recently received a series of vaccinations and is up for his rabies this month. The vet was very impressed at his overall health and disposition.
Crate/Pad training is going very well as he is a very smart guy. He does, however, get a little stubborn from time to time going #2 on the pad (expected from his breed) but he's doing his best and we are very patient with him. I have yet to train him outside because it is so cold and he seems to hate the cold. Any suggestions you can offer regarding training outside during the winter would be most welcome.
I wanted to share a picture of him taken last week after his first grooming appointment (see attachment). The groomer came highly recommended as I've become very careful in making sure my Louie gets the best of the best! The groomer raved at how well behaved he was and she attributed this to your breeding and also me making sure he is combed and brushed without fail every day!! He has learned to sit, roll over, shake hands, come when called, and "crate up" when time for bed or going inside his crate. He is so smart and we just absolutely find the "bichon blitz" hilarious! He'll be going to puppy preschool next week. Also, he has canine health insurance! haha!
We absolutely LOVE Louie and hope to have him for many years to come! I've learned lots about his breed and I believe my husband made a great choice, especially his choice of breeders. Thank you so much for breeding and caring for the pups with lots of love!
All the best,
Mrs. Everet

Cathy,
Just to let you know, Torie is doing great!!!! The day after coming home she climbed two steps, the next day she figured out how to get down them. A couple more days and she tried to climb a fulll set of stairs. Then she took a flying leap from the sofa to the coffee table. She loves to run free outside and gained one pound in 5 days. She eats well and also goes to the bathroom well, but we are working on that. She is very happy and you can almost see her smile. She knows her name already and has gotten quite good at coming when called. She hates being confined at night but until bathroom training is achieved we have no choice. She can go from super active to very cam and lovable. She is a real sweetheart. Her and Colina can really play hard together but sometimes older sister doesn't want to play which is good so Torie doesn't get to dependant on another animal but has plenty of time for us humans.
She has truely captured our hearts.

Dear Cathy,
I want to tell you what a wonderful dog we have. He's in great health and our vet was really impressed with you program. Teddy responds to simple commands and is the king of the neighborhood. The people living across the street have 2 Bichons and they love to play with Teddy. Teddy is very social and now sleeps to 6 AM. He has sure surprised us. We'll keep you posted.
Thanks again,
Wally Garbish
